6 months old checkup, update and pictures

The boys had their 6 month checkup yesterday, they are doing great. Ben weighs 17lbs and is in the 53rd percentile for 6 month old babies, and Mitchell is 18lbs 2oz and is in the 73rd percentile for a 6 month old baby. The did not even bother with their gestational age of 4 months cause they are doing so great. They were born at 31.6 weeks. I still can't believe how big they have gotten for being born early. They grow so fast.
Mitch tends to look to the right so we have to do some neck stretches and encourage to look to the left more, we have been working on that already.
Also Ben's glasses were completely wrong they were not infant glasses but no place carries infant glasses except one in Minneapolis and my husband did not want to drive all the way there, so we got the wrong glasses from a vision clinic down the street. They told him they were for babies. Monday did he learn a lesson to listen to me I wanted to go to the one place that specializes in kid and baby glasses. The glasses he got were so unsafe they had those two nose piece things and he was putting them in his mouth. I will post the picture I took with them on.
So yesterday we went to the one in Minneapolis they were wonderful very good experience, we went there after the doctor appointment, we picked out 2 glasses the googles that is what they remind me of. We also got him a really cute pair of glasses I will post pictures when we get them. This whole glasses experience was a pain in the *** We get Mitch's eyes checked on March 3rd so hopefully all is good.

Can't see the pics (at work) but sounds like a good appointment. When will they learn, they must always listen to us...mommy is always right!

Your boys are to adorable. Sounds like you have some chunky monkeys. I am proud that you got him the right glasses. Post pics when you get his new glasses so we can see how cute he is.
