6 month dr's appt stats EVAN

Ok, we had Evan's 6 month doctor's appt. today. This is my conversation with Audrey (age 3) which took place yesterday:
Me: Where is Evan going tomorrow?
Audrey: Doctor
Me: What is the doctor going to do to him?
Audrey: Hurt him.
Yep, she knew he was going to get some shots. Well, here are his stats. Here is my 'scrawny' guy.
Weight: 16lbs, 14.8oz (36%) (just 11oz heavier than Clayton at this age)
Height: 27.5" (82%) (same height as Clayton at this age)
He does have 1/4 inch bigger head than Clayton at this age.
I'm surprised he isn't heavier. He looks like he should be and I am surprised that he is so close in weight to Clayton when he was an infant. It was a good appt. and the doctor is not worried at all.

 

LOL that's funny what Audrey said. Hooray for a good appointment!

That's great Jackie! Sounds like he is growing well!!

Jake goes next week (I know, closer to 7 months). My guess for him is he is around 21lbs and 30". We will see though.

 

Ha! No pulling the wool over Audrey's eyes, that's for sure! :lol:

And wow, Evan's a tall one! Mine have always been long and lean too. That's funny that he's so much like his brother - do they look alike otherwise?

 

Older sibs sure know what "really" happens at the doctor's office, don't they? Every time our babie have an appt. my 4-year-old asks if the babies are going to get shots!

Sounds like Evan is doing great! And, wow on his height! My guys were 27.5" at their 9 month appt!

Audrey was only 6 oz lighter than Evan. Clayton has always been the skinny mini, so I expected there to have been at least a pound difference between the two. They do resemble their dad more than me I think, but I am horrible with who looks like who.
