6 month check up

    Anthony is now 18lbs and Alex is 16lbs. They are getting so big. The pedi said we can take them off Neosure but I don't know which formula to put them on. Any suggestions would be great. I just can't believe it's been 6 months already. Time is going so fast now!

    We use plain old Similac Advance. Did you pedi give suggestions on a formula to try? I would call them and see if they have some samples so you don't have to spend a ton of money experimenting. SOunds like they are doing great - way to go!

    WTG BABIES (and Momma too!) :clapping:

    I would just try the similac advance for starters, I just checked the labels and it is essentially the same as the neosure just less amounts of each vitamin and the regular similac label said it contained both milk and soy, but the neosure only milk.
    I second you asking the pedi for samples, they usually have lots.

    Great job! They are getting really big! :good: My guys did great with Good Start and generic Gentle Ease.

    Thier regular Dr. was on vacation so we saw someone else and she had no suggestions. She just told us anything generic because she knows we probably couldn't afford the name brand having twins and all. After she said that my and dh just wanted to leave. I couldn't believe she would say that. I will call the reg dr. on monday and ask for samples of some formula. Thanks!

She just told us anything generic because she knows we probably couldn't afford the name brand having twins and all. After she said that my and dh just wanted to leave. I couldn't believe she would say that. I will call the reg dr. on monday and ask for samples of some formula. Thanks!
