6 month check up

My little babies are doing great!! Formally 2 pounds 14 ounces Grandt is now weighing in at 14 pounds 2 ounces! Grayson was born weighing 2 pounds 2 ounces and he is now 12 pounds 7 ounces!!! Grandt is in the 3rd percentile and Grayson still isn't on the charts!! Grayson wasn't even on the charts when they were born, but he's growing beautifully!!!

The doctor feels that they are developmentaly between 4 and 5 months which is awesome!!! At this point they seem to have no side affects from the prematurity!

We got the ok to start rice cereal (Even though we've been practicing already!) We are going to go really slow with it. She said rice cereal for another week or two, then oatmeal for a week or two. And then we can't start fruits and veggies. I can't wait!!! I plan on making their food, so I'm sure I'll have lots of questions when the time comes!!

You would never believe they were ever just a couple of lbs?!?!? I'm glad your all doing just great ..congratulations, i bet your very proud indeed!!

 

Sounds like your boys are doing great. Congrats to reaching 6 months! Mine will be 6 months on Friday. It goes by so fast.
