4 Years Old

    The girls' birthday is today and I can't believe they are 4 already. :Clap: It really does just seem like just recently when we had our first u/s at 19 weeks and I saw that the twin girls that I really wanted were there. :D These two are still a handful sometimes (and often constitute their own "mob") but it's amazing to see all the things that they can do and to watch their bond grow. I don't know how moms of singletons do it. Having twins is so much easier. :D There's lots of fighting but they also play together all day long and always have a buddy. I'm hoping the terrible threes will continue to die down now that the girls are four and I'm looking forward to starting our official schoolling with them as we begin to teach them to read. The girls are excited and so are we.

    We'll have their party next week when we go camping with my extended family. Ainsley wanted a ball birthday party and Sierra wanted trees. :D How cute is that! Thankfully, they're still not so entranced with brand name characters that they want those type of themes for their birthday. They're still just a little bit innocent. :) My grandma went a little overboard buying decorations for their party (yes, we are going to be camping so there isn't exactly a lot to decorate ;) ) so Ainsley will have tons of every type of ball she could want and Sierra will have blow up trees, garlands, and can holders made out of coconuts for everyone. The girls will love it.

    No I do not believe it!! You've always been way in front of us but I can't believe your girls will be four and ours mine will be three!! The time!!! Where does it go?
