Anyone else at their 3rd Tri and need a Pep Talk?? I could sure use one!!! 33 weeks tomorrow...lost my mucous plug 2 days ago, I am 5'2", ALL belly and swollen legs/feet. Not sleeping much at this point, and can't do much around the house or even get out of the house much, except for Dr apptmts and short visits to inlaws. I have a LOT of support from hubby, friends and families, but still struggling with depression a bit. Being proactive about this and seeing a therapist, on meds, and have a "game plan" for postpartum, but a lot of it I think is just the marathon of this twin pregnancy thing finally getting to me.

I KNOW there are lots of helpful and wonderful people on here who have been here and gotten through, and have wonderful babies as a result...I would LOVE to hear from them and to hear some pep talks!! They keep me going :) Right now my pep talk to myself is that I am only 16 days away from carrying these boys 35 weeks (they will induce me at 38 if I make it there but said anything past 34 is "good" - I know this means NICU most likely, and dont want to think about that, but giving myself a goal of 35 weeks makes me feel good).

Also, it is a very nice sunny day outside and even though I can't do much in it, I do have a patio out back and my hubs can make us a fire in the fire pit tonight, after which he can massage the fluid down out of my feet :)

    We can do it ladies!!!!

I told myself that every day I suffered was one day that my babies didn't suffer in nicu. I also started taking 1/3 of an ambien Each night at 34 weeks until the night before my scheduled c and that helped TONS. The end is hard and you will have bad days but pregnancy doesn't last forever.

You can do it you can do it you can do it!!!!!

It's so incredibly tough, but it's all worth it, I promise. My girls are 3.5 months and I can barely remember the heinous hip pain, constant peeing every hour all night, annoying immobility, etc. Just wait until they look at you and smile! Melt!!!!!
