3rd Set due in September

    This is my 3rd pregnancy, and it turns my family from 6 to a family of 8. Apparently my body can't count by ones. It only makes twins. I had a set of boy/girl, then 2 1/2 years later I had 2 girls, and now 4 years later I'm pregnant with twin girls.

    My body is really taking this one hard. Anyone else really sensitive to sugar? I have a super sweet tooth and want to eat something sweet but when I do I get really sick! I suppose I could stay away from it, but it's so hard...

    Any ideas?

    :woo: Congratulations! I have no dealt with a sugar sensitivity while pregnant, I hope some others have some ideas for you.

    WOW Congrats! I think it's very cool you're having your third set of twins!! This is my second twin pregnancy and so far I feel like things are hitting me hard earlier. I can't eat too much sweets or I feel sick to my tummy but it could be the heat too. It's been hot here. I've found carbs and protein to be my friend this go around.

    As for the sugar, in the past have you been diagnosed with gestational diabetes?

    No gestational diabetes in my other pregnancies. That's why this one is just throwing me for a loop. Thanks for the Congrats everyone. We are really excited! And so are the rest of the kiddos. I honestly never thought I'd be lucky enough to have a 3rd set, we are really really happy.

    Sugar snap peas! Crunchy cold super sweet. Addictive also. I have a bad sweet tooth too. I wake up want sugar, sleeping i dream of sugar and chicken nuggets lol. Sugar snap peas help me control my sweet tooth. And I splurge once or 3 times a week lol.
