3rd meal?

Hi!

I am currently giving them fruit in the morning and veggies at night. I would like to add a lunch and I am not sure what that should be? Any suggestions? Another veggie? Thanks so much!

I did a fruit and cereal for breakfast, veggie for lunch, and fruit, and veggie for dinner.

 

I was just wondering this myself. Right now I do grain with fruit & veg for breakfast and yogurt with fruit & veg for lunch, so I'm thinking of doing a combo in the evening, grain with veg and protein (tofu) for dinner. But I have no idea what I SHOULD be doing!

 

We did cereal or oatmeal mixed with fruits in the morning.
Veggies with meat at lunch.
Cereal or oatmeal mixed with fruits in the early evening. (As a snack)
Veggies at dinner time.

 

Look at how we're all different! When we added a third meal we did cereal with fruit for breakfast, veg and fruit for lunch and a meat combo dinner for supper (the only one my girls would eat is the Gerber chicken and apples).

I give fruit in the morning, veggies and fruit for lunch and dinner.
