38 week appt!

    I had my 38 week appt. tonight. Only one more to go before BABY TIME!!! I'm down to single digits...only 9 days left! I doubt this stubborn little girl will decide to come before that though. Nothing has changed in the past week. My cervix is 1 cm and 70% effaced (same as my last 3 appts), heartbeat was 153 (she had the hiccups too so dr. had trouble getting an accurate reading) and I measure 36 weeks. I've gained a total of 40.5 lbs. My goal was to NOT go above 40...must've been that peanut butter milkshake that put me over the edge. Thankfully I only have one week left...lol!

    Here's my prediction....with the twins, I delivered 8#6oz. worth of baby and with 2 babies, 2 placentas and 2 amnioc sacs...I measured 38 weeks when I delivered them.

    I'm guessing that next week I'll measure 37 weeks (since I've consitently measured 2 weeks behind the entire pregnancy and there is NO doubt about my LMP date and my periods are always regular) when I deliver 1 baby with 1 placenta and 1 amniotic sac....I'm guessing she will be UNDER 8 lbs. Which is fine with me!

    Agagin, no scientific proof or anything...lol...just my prediction b/c it's fun to guess :)

    My next appt is Tuesday (3/11) and then my c-section on 3/13....AHHHHHHH!!!!!!!! It's next week!!!!!!!

    You look SOOOOOOOOOOO good becky!! I am so excited for you. I am anxiuos to hear your birth story and see your beautiful girl. Have you decided 100% on her name?

    wow, you look really good. I think I am three times that size. Everyone keeps thinking I am having this baby anyday.

    Wow, you are so close!!! And I have to agree, you look great!!! You look better than I do and I'm 2 months post-partum...

    No, not at all...which I'm really surprised! we are just really excited! Now, the night before...ask me again :)

    It's just surreal to me that I'll have another baby next week, that is SO weird!

    Your almost there!! Congrats! I looked at your pictures.. It was funny because i thought.. You belly is tiny.. then i remembered theres only one!!!

    thats funny i was thinking the same thing as pp. your belly looks so small with only one baby! but its cute!! good luck!
