37 week appt./growth scan

I just got back from my appt. for this week. The babies looked great. They are HUGE! My girl measured 6.10, and the boy measured 6.3. I can't believe it. They are measuring larger than my singleton who was born at 40 weeks!!! Of course, these measurements can be up to a pound off.

I am now 3 cm/75% effaced (up from 2 cm/50%effaced on Sunday). My OB also stripped my membranes today, so hopefully that will also help to speed things along. I am really hoping to go into labor VERY SOON! I just don't know how much more I can take, although I am so very fortunate to have grown these babies this long.

Oh my goodness! Those are some big babies! How long is your OB going to let you go?? Sending labor vibes your way..... Glad you had a good appt!

 

Great weights..I agree with the other post..How long is your OB going to let you go? Is there a cut off date of how far he will let you go? Cant wait to hear you birth story!

 

Very cool! It wont be long now!! I know how excited you must be, coming from someone who went 38w 2d with 6lbs6oz and 5lbs 4oz, I am sending labor vibes your way!

 

Wow, what a great appointment and wonderful weights for your babies!!! Congrats and hopefully very soon you'll be cradling them both in your arms!

YAY@ But remember the weights are only an estimate! They could be smaller (or bigger) I bet you go into labor ASAP
