36 weeks

On the positive side, I'm very glad for the babies' sakes that I've made it to 36 weeks.

I posted last week that at my OB's office this last Thursday, she thought I was in very early labor and that it was only a matter of time, and they'd probably come this weekend.

Ummm. No.

The contractions never got stronger, and actually kind of subsided on Friday. Since then, I've been uncomfortable enough to hardly be able to sleep, but the contractions haven't gotten much stronger (some of them are painful, but not in a consistent pattern) or closer together in a more regular pattern. I was up basically every ten minutes last night with contractions, but again, they didn't seem to progress the way contractions are supposed to do.

Now I'm utterly exhausted. I don't want any more wishy-washy contractions that don't know if they're really labor or not--I want it to keep going or to stop. I just wish the contractions would make up their minds one way or the other. <_<

Have a visit with my OB this afternoon. Hopefully I'll know more then.

Hang in there. THe longer the better for the babes.

I had contracts 6 minutes apart for 2 weeks with ds. it is exhausting!!!! I can relate. It will be soon.
