35 wks high protein in urine/headaches

So I had my 35 wk appt with MFS today and he was very concerned due to second week in a row with high protein with added water retention/swelling and headaches this week.

Babies are growing well and estimated at 5lb 15oz and 6lb and NST was good once the cooperated.

I have a 24 hr urine test and bloodwork monday but I think I terrified myself reading the pre-e stories on here. My BP is slightly up but not out of normal range at all. Doc told me to go straight to hospital if headaches don't go away with tylenol this weekend.

Now I'm up at 2 am because I can't sleep normally but I have the added anxiety that something is wrong. I haven't felt right all week and I told my specialist this. He seemed very concerned but didn't want to call it pre-e without bloodwork and 24 hr test.

Just a little anxious...

 

Go in and get checked out. You need the peace of mind. :hug: & update us.

Hubby got BP cuff and has been making me check it every hour or so. Have an appt at 8 am Monday and will turn in my protein 24 hr test. Taking it easy and sleeping as much as I can this weekend. Hoping for good news tom.
