    35 weeks! I'm so ready!!!

I've been so excited lately because my Baby A finally flipped to head down and both babies were head down at 32 weeks. Now 2 nights ago I'm 98% sure someone flipped to breech (pretty sure it was baby B). I was hoping that by now they wouldn't be flipping around! I don't know what I'm going to do if Baby B is breech (because she has always been larger) and Baby A is head down because then I'm going to have to decide between vag and c-section; I was hoping they were going to decide for me.

Has anyone had a Baby B that was larger than Baby A that had to be turned over to be delivered? At all of my appointments the ultrasound estimates that Baby B was about 5-7 ouces larger than Baby A. My doctor is very experienced with delivering twins and said she's comfortable either way but I definitely want to avoid a vaginal delivery with Baby A and C-section for Baby B.

    Thanks!

Hi there, just wanted to tell you that my baby B is the one that is coming out first (apparently they just term B - my left, A - my right) and she is smaller than her brother by about 5 oz last check. They are both still supposed to be head down and I am still going for a Vag delivery/induction. My Dr said there is a chance I will have to have the second baby turned coz once one comes out the second one has plenty of room to move. Wish he would just grab his sisters leg so they could come out in tandem. lol.
Congrats on 35 weeks, I am impressed that your babies still have enough room to flip at this stage! :)

I am 35 weeks also. Baby B is breech. He tried 2 nights ago(ALL NIGHT LONG) to flip over. I kept trying, he got sideways, he pushed his sister completly over in his acrobatic attempts and it steel feels like a head way up high. My doctor won't flip the second baby becasue he is uncomfortable with the complications that could arise, so he is scheduling c-section for me. I have an ultrasound next week, so I am hoping he did flip. It was crazy though, Baby B never moves around much, he is very mellow..then he spends a whole night awake trying to flip over. It was so awesome....tiring...but awesome.

    I had vag delivery and Baby A was 10 ounces lighter than B - (5.3 versus 5.13)
B swithced to head down the last few weeks, my doc would do vag if A was head down, regardless of B's position
    Good luck

If my docs were comfortable I'd totally deliver a breech baby B that was larger than my baby A..... twins are usually smaller than an average size baby anyway, so even the larger one is in all likelihood not going to be a mamouth size baby anyway!!

My doctor would deliver breech if they aren't feet down...she'll only do bottom down breech. Right now it looks like a c/s for me. Baby A used to be the presenting baby, head down, but she flipped...now she flipped back but has scooted way up (to get away from her brother who keeps bothering her I'm guessing, lol), so Baby B is presenting feet first.
