35 week update!

Hello!

I had my appointment today and they did a growth scan of the babies. They also checked my cervix which is still long and closed. (WOW) We scheduled a c-section for 38wk 2day because baby A is still breech. I can't believe it's scheduled. So surreal. I'm kind of relieved not to have to make the choice if baby A had been vertex and Baby B breech. I wonder if I'll make it that far, being that it's against the odds.

so the stats are (drumroll):

Baby A: 5pounds 11oz - 59%
Baby B: 5 pounds 11oz - 59%

I love that they're the same size. They've always been within 4oz of each other and I'm glad the disparity in their sizes hasn't grown bigger. These appointments always leave me really relieved- I like to see their heartbeats and then I relax. I can't believe I'm carrying 11 1/2 pounds of baby + amniotic fluid + 2 placentas. No wonder I'm getting more tired.

Thank you for reading my relieved ramblings- I always have an irrational fear before an appointment and it's always such a relief after. (How many times can she say relief?)

oh I remember that fear well !! and that relief too!!! YAY for a great appointment!!! WOW those are great weights!!! and I loved it when my dr set my date! I knew I would meet my girls no later than Jan 3 and that was AWESOME!!!

Im glad you had such a great appointment!! I was totally the same way before my appt's, I think its pretty normal! Good Luck with the last few weeks of your pregnancy!

I'm glad the appointment went well. Horray for a date! I think the fear is "normal". I was always extra worried before my appointments. My blood pressure would be high when I got to the Dr. and back to normal before I left. Crazy. Good luck to you!
