Ok Im feeling better....My peri appoinment was yesterday, lots of fun I had to bring my girls with me,and my 16 month old was BUSY,but no one seemed to mind.

Anywhoo we had our growth scan, and my Baby A, KIP (i hate calling him baby A)is a HUGE 5 lbs ! yeah, and my KIAN is right behind him at 4.8.

Im a good 3 now and KIPs head is so low they could barely scan it hehe, belive me I can feel it.

My beloved peri has decided to grace me with his pressence and do the delivery, which is WONDERFUL!
MY OB wants me to have a c-section,and Im wanting to PUSH,and my peri agrees, sooooo he said he will do the delivery.Plus I like his hospital MUCH better, and its closer to me.

After he did my cervical check yesterday he asked me how far I lived from the hospital(eeeek),and I told him from my OBs hospital Im 30-45 mins in Orlando traffic,so maybe he took pity on me,who know and at this point I dont care,Im just glad to be at Celebration Hospital now.

He also told me that if my water breaks at home ....DO NOT attempt to drive myself to the hospital(he know Im here alone)he told me to call an ambulance. SCARY.

He also gave me the option of having an amnio to check for lung develpoment yesterday, and then he would just admitt me fromm there, but I really want to wait another week.....so my induction is happily next Wednesday the 12th...if I make it untill then!

To make the day even better I was laying in my bed last nite, and my DS called and said he was pulling in the driveway to open the garage....he came home without me even asking him!I just love that boy!So all is good, and my Hubbys been alerted that its anyday now!Plus I see him this Sunday,so maybe that will be the day,but I said that last week.

Im so proud the twins are over 4lbs when we were first addmitted to the hospital for PTL,and the doctors were positive they were on the way, they were just over a pound,so to have them both over 4 is the happiest news ever!

So...thing r looking up...thank you for the support ladies your the BEST!

 on your son coming home - lucky you!!

I am soooooo jealous that you're getting to have your peri do your delivery. We LOVE ours and actually asked him if he still delivered babies - he said that while he could, it would kill their specialist practice if they started delivering babies... :(

We really sound like we're in the same boat except that I have my scheduled deliver the day after yours (C-section - which I'm fine with, btw). Our babies are even close in size.

    good luck to you!

Fantastic!! Good luck!! What amazing weights!

Both of my peris were there and they delivered my boys. It was nice having them there. And, they considered our boys their miracle twins, so they both wanted to see their cords! ;)

I am sooo happy for you that all is going according to plan,. and without you having to do anything about it! :woo:
You didn't say anything about your MIL this time, and I can't remember how long she is away for that job. So if you don't mind me asking, will she be back by next Wednesday?

wow mama what an amazing journey! I am so happy to hear you are getting the news you want and can go to a hospital that is closer and that you like! Amazing how the two MDs (ob vs peri) can have such different takes on delivery!

will be staying tuned for updates. :)

You know...my OB was a godsend went I met him, seriously he even gave me his cell phone number! Then his practice started turning to more surgery, and less moms...and he got real BUSY all of a sudden the past couple months Ive had to wait over and hour for him.Hes a YOUNG doc,and my twins were his first set of MO/DI,and he just feels more comforatble with a section I guess.Plus he wants me to wait untill 38 weeks, there no way Ill make it that long so since the boys will be born at @ 36 (hopefully)he not confortable with a "pre-mature" delivery certainly not vaginal.I could sense his unease,so I just asked my Peri to do it,and he smiled and said .....yes Jennifer Ill do the delivery for you.I was floored! My peri is a dream annd he never does deliveries unless its super high risk.Hes been on discovery channel a bunch of times.I see him on the baby shows alot, the "special delivery"show when they are at Florida hospital they are always interviewing him....cool huh?

His name is Dr Al-Malt,look for him on those shows. His latest one is "paralized and pregnant"about the woman who had the spinal injury, and had the baby during a florida hurricane.I saw the re run the other nite.He handled all her care, and he does high order multiples....so Im feeling pretty confident that he will be be able to handle anything that come up with my little guys!

Weird how plans can change right at the end,but after this pregnancy Im going to say I derserve a good delivery LOL!

Yes you do deserve a good deliver!! And what an amazing doctor. I guess b/c I am likely w/fraternal boys I have not had any kind of referral to a peri so I just have my OB and while he will do a vaginal, no one I know of will do a vag if TwinA is breech which thus far is the case with me! Hopefully he will flip. Anyway, sounds like you are in great hands!
