33 week appointment

Hi I just got back from my 33 week US, NST and OB appt. Thank g-d it went really well. Baby A is 4 lb 4 oz and Baby B is 4 lb 6 oz. Wow those are big sizes in comparison to my two other girls that were both born at 42 weeks and at 6 lb 2 oz and 5 lb 9 oz. I have a c-section scheduled for July 9th. That date seems really close and I am getting worried about leaving my other two girls. I have alot of family that will help with them. I just feel so guilty not being with them. Anyway thanks for all your support.

July 9th will be here before you know it. I know it is hard leaving your other children for a few days, I hated being away from my DD when I was in the hospital, but just think how happy they will be when you bring home 2 new sisters for them.

 

Congratulations on a great appointment... I always breathe a little easier once I see the doctor and they say things look good!

As far as being away from your girls... I dread that too, but I am sure they are so excited about being big sisters! Try to keep reminding them that they are going to be such big helpers with the new babies! It will be hard to be away, but it sounds like they will be in good hands! Maybe plan something special just for them while you are away.
