33 Week Appointment Update

WHOA what a wait today!! UGH!! I think that's the last time DH will decide on an "afternoon" appointment! LOL! We were sitting in the waiting room with all three kids and every chair was taken and then were on our laps and man it really hit home about how *full* our hands are going to be!!!!!!!

Anyway - pretty darn uneventful - weight was 180.8 so round up to 181 pounds which is the same as last week -- blood pressure was 116/66 which is great

The he flipped on the u/s to check out the babies and "see" the hearts beating - all is well there!

Now - darn Baby B!!! She has turned again so her HEAD is literally IN my ribs - which is what has been making me feel awful the last couple days!!!

Doc said that unless they are BOTH head down he won't allow me to go vaginally --- it'll be slice and dicing --- so I am praying that she moves to where she belongs --- and I feel she will --- she's just giving me something to think about while I'm laying around! LOL!

He also said that after I hit 34 weeks which is next Sunday - he won't stop me and we can deliver HERE (YEAH!!!!) -- although he did say that depending on how the babies are - they may get taken to the other hospital but I really don't think that'll happen either

They also hadn't scheduled another "big" ultrasound at the hospital in February because at the time they did all the scheduling none of them thought we'd actually make it this far!!! So now I have another ultrasound scheduled to check weights etc at the hospital on February 13th - which is great!

Anyway - uneventful is the way to go - one more week of resting like a good girl and then we'll see where things are!

Great appt! Congrats! Sounds like everything is going great. I have mine 33 wk. next week.

 

Sounds great! What a releif to be able to have them close to home! Can't wait to see what they weigh at the next US

 

Sounds like a great day! I hope 'B' gets into position before the big day! Here's routin' for over 34 weeks! I was soo excited when I reached the 'you can deliver at the local hospital' point!
