32 week apt

I"ll be 32 weeks on Wednesday, but since I'm off work today, I had my apt. 2 days early. It was uneventful...YAY!

My weight gain is getting MUCH better. I only gained .5 lbs (thank you heartburn and reflux) in the past 2 weeks and baby is still growing well. I am measuring 30 weeks (she's on her own growth curve). Her heartbeat was 160 (I think she was excited...lol).

So, good apt...I go back again in 2 weeks (just a few days shy of the point I delivered the girls). Crazy to think that I'm at 32 weeks right now and with the twins I had them just 2 weeks from now. WOW!

 

Sounds uneventful and great! Sorry about the reflux/heartburn. <_<

I'm just a few weeks behind you, so have you gotten anything ready for the baby yet? The only thing we've done is move the girls into a double bed together so that the baby can have one of their cribs. Yep, that's it. Oh, and I've picked up a few onesie outfits for her. I know better than to wait too long because I'm generally NOT productive the last couple of weeks!

You know, it's funny, but we aren't 100% ready yet. With the twins and knowing that bedrest was a possibilty, etc...EVERYTHING was done by 26.5 weeks (I ended up on bedrest at 27 weeks and hospital from 30-34 weeks). This time around, we are taking our time and keeping our fingers crossed. LOL!! The ONLY reason I have bought clothes and diapers and stuff like that is b/c of working at BRU. I've been taking advantage of all the clearance sales and the diaper coupons. I have like 6 boxes of diapers and all the newborn outfits and I still need to wash the sleep sacks and onesies from the twins. The twins moved into the other room into twin beds back before Christmas, so that's all taken care of, but we still haven't taken the crib down from the other room...lol. So, we are slowly but surely getting ready.

 

I'm glad your appointment was uneventful. I looks as if everything is going so smoothly.

 

Glad you had a great appt. We have barely even gotten started being ready!! Yikes!
