31 wk update!

hey ladies! I have an u/s Friday-tomorrow to check on the girls! I had my OB appt and Evie is breech but Charlie isnt i hope she can flip-its funny; i thought i felt something weird one nite few weeks ago; maybe thats what it was? both are doing well as we can tell; Evie's heartrate is slower; i hope thats just normal-Charlie is doing awesome every time-it may be Evie has less fluid in her sac-so i have an u/s to check out the levels and if there could be a weight difference? Im measuring 37 wks at 31 wks so thats good he said right no target --bad news is my OB is on vacation all of april:banghead: I can go any time in april-most likely end of april if all is well but he could miss it! We are talking about c-sections and inductions first week of May 1st-i';ll be 38 wks--I see him again in 2 wks end of March to discuss more and of course to see if the u/s shows any reason i could go earlier--I dont want too -nobody does but he wont do cervix checks til 36 wks--im guessing an u/s wont give much indication either?
So for now we wait; im sure everything is ok with them both i feel them all the time i just think Evie is smaller.
My boys are sick so im not getting a whole lot of rest; just hanging in there it seems; its just been a **** of a winter with colds/flus and stuff-what can u do --Ill let u all know how its goes after the u/s

I have this gut feeling I will go into labor at 36w… and that’s the week of April 19th (I think… off hand). I did get my scheduled date of May 2nd (38 w) so maybe you will hold it in until he returns…

thanks girls! i had my u/s today and all is just perfect : they are both measuring exactly 30 wks and 5 days so maybe off by 2 days I wish it was a 3d u/s because when she told me twin B-Evie was wrapped around her sister taking over her space i could almost picture her trying to nudge her away She has her head on the left side and her feet are near my bladder; arms everywhere; now i know why im feeling the most in the middle of my belly twin A-Charlotte is head down like she is suppose to be cervix is closed up; fluid levels are great! so now all we have to do is wait to see if Evie turns So far all is well and if i can hold out til my Ob gets back May 1st we can talk about getting these little ladies out 38 wks is long enough

 

You are almost there cuz! I am so excited for you. Mom said she is bringing the stuff to you this weekend. Also, I mailed you a small package.
