Our boys are three and a half months old and we have done a 3 hour schedule since birth. Just this week we have moved their schedule to 3 1/2 hours.

    Our schedule looks like this:
    7:30 Wake Up/Feed
    9:00 Nap
    11:00 Feed
    12:30 Nap
    2:30 Feed
    4:00 Nap
    6:00 Feed
    7:30 Nap
    9:30 Feed/Bed

This is our first week doing this and it seems that their naps are doing so well this week.

For those that stick to a schedule what does yours look like from 3-4 months/

Ours looked similar to this in many respects, although ours ate small amounts more often. Your feeding schedule looks great! I think mine was just tiring, LOL. It seems like you're doing great :) .

    This is the basic schedule:

    6:00 wake up/feed
7:00 nap (wake up time varies, usually 9 or 10)
    10:00 Feed
    11:30 nap
    2:00 feed
    3:30 nap
6:00 feed (lately it has been 5:00)
    6:30 bed
2:00 feed- we tried for the to STTN, but they wake up at 4. So we get them up at 2 am, when hubby gets home from work so I don't have to wake up.

Yup mine is about the same too! We also moved from 3 hours to 3.5-4 hours as soon as i changed to the faster nipple and they started eating more.

I feed 4 to 5 oz ebm every 4 hrs. Is it sufficient for 3 months old twin boys? They weigh 12 lbs and 11.4 lbs.

Mine are on every three hours still. I was thinking about stretching to 3 1/2 to 4 hours.
They are drinking 5-6 ounces for one and the other is 6-7.

Do the above schedules sleep through the night??

    My schedule:
    7:30 wake/eat/play
    8:30/9:00 nap
    10:30 wake/eat/nap/play
    11:30 nap
    1:30 wake/eat/play
    2:30/3:30 nap
4:30 wake/eat/play possibly a cat nap in the swing or a small nap in their beds if they are real cranky.
    7:30 bottle and bed
    They sleep through the night.

    Here's our schedule

    7am - Wake/6 oz bottle EBM
    7:15-8am- Activity/awake time
    8am-9:30or10 - Nap
    10am- Eat 6oz EBM
    10:15-11:30 Activity/awake time
    11:30-1pm Nap
    1:00pm - Eat 6oz EBM
    1:15- 2:15 - Activity/awake time
    2:15-4or4:30 - Nap
    4:30 - Eat 6oz EBM
4:45-6:30 Activity/awake time (sometimes cat nap in swings)
    6:30 - Bath, PJs
    7:00 Eat 6oz EBM
    7:15or 7:30 - Bed

Another 6oz EBM at night...usually somewhere between 2-4am.

I'm a stickler for schedules and the kids seem to thrive on them. I think they love knowing whats next. It gives a since of security. We did this my daughter too. She started sleeping through the night at 51/2 months so I hope the boys will give up that early morning bottle soon.
