2nd u/s today

Hi ladies hope you are all well. I went for my 2nd u/s this am and everything looks good the little bean is measuring at 17.3mm so it's at 8wks and 1day :banana: . He gave me an official due date of Nov. 12th.....that is not what I get based on my LMP/IUI or anything else. The bean is measuring ahead of time which is great. DH was they with my SIL and videotaped the heatbeat which was great. we say the yolk sac and all (looked like that baby was holding a balloon). I won't be seeing my RE anymore I have my first OB/Peri appt next monday to schedule my cerclage. Oh and my cyst is much smaller (thank God). Well I'll keep you posted on next weeks appt. I still can't help feeling every little twitch.

TMI-On friday I called out of work, not feeling too hot, anyways DH and I have held off on BDing since the IUI (6wks), well Fri we decided to carefully go for it, of course I had a little sensitivity,a little spot of blood, but thats all, NOT, at about 11pm with a few friends over I had some more spotting on the TP, I was so worried I thought it was from the BDing earlier but was still concerned. I did another progesterone suppository and figured I evaluate the situation and if it continued throughout the night I'd go to the ER. Luckily it resolved itself and no sign of any blood, we have decided to hold off on any BDing until the baby is here too much stress and we can't risk it. Any advice ladies on how to get through the next 7 months lol. Also we will have a cerclage put in plcae in about a month so that for sure makes us have to hold off.

 

I am glad you had a good u/s. I have had spotting after bd too so no suggestions other than manual stim.

If it makes you feel better, my DH wont touch me with a ten foot pole. hes says nothing is going in me except the doc to do u/s, cervix checks and the cerclage (if they need to) right now we are holding off on the cerclage and doing cervix checks every other week, she didnt want to do something invasive that might cause trauma.

So looks like the end of November for me too.

 

Hey Jamey...congrats, I'm happy things are progressing well for you and if it makes you feel any better, this being # 4... there are days when I would love an excuse to keep poor DH away!!! :nea: Poor deprived man!!
