2nd trimester!

OK. I can breathe a little easier now... LOL! I am now 14 weeks pregnant! Well...tomorrow...But we saw the OB today and heard the h/b-a nice strong 156, so I was relieved!! My boys were always that high as well, so who knows what we are having! And no-we are not finding out! And that has me SOOO excited! I can't wait to find out when I deliver!

I am still feeling fine. Pretty much symptom-less again. Weeks 8-10 I had nausea(while we were in Vegas nonetheless...), but I never got sick. Now-it's just constant burping! I did the same thing with the boys. It's worse this time and driving me bonkers-but I'll take it! I also have headaches and I can't stand them. Medicine helps a bit...I nap when the boys nap. Otherwise-I am useless! So all in all-things are going really well. And it kinda stinks to be pregnant with "only" one...I won't be seen as often and certainly won't have as many u/s's! I will go from 30+ u/s...to THREE! Yikes! LOL!

EDD is June 17th. It looks like we will deliver around June 10-I am 99% sure I will opt for a repeat c/s. So-that's that!

 

Isn't the 2nd trimester the best? My m/s is mostly gone and I have energy again. Do you drink caffeine? I don't drink all that much (no coffee, just soda), but have always gone off it when pregnant. But with my twins, I had terrible headaches all the time. My Dr. told me to have a cup of coffee or a large soda. It worked! I wouldn't go hogwild and drink a ton of it, but you might give that a try, if you haven't already.

 

CONGRATULATIONS!!!!! I am SO excited for you! What a wonderful surprise to not find out! I always wanted to wait but then I caved under pressure! Have you felt any movement yet?

 

WOW our due dates are just 2 days apart!! Mine is June 15. I keep hoping the Morning ( all day ) sickness will hurry up and go away already!! I'm so sick of it, but so far it is still lingering. Uggggh!! I'm glad you are feeling better now though!! Hugs.
