Oy! Its like everything has hit me all at once. I am still thinking that I don't have much to complain about at this point seeings how I am still up and about..but sometimes I just wanna :rofl. My hips ache (I am getting that grinding pain in them that I have gotten since my son Garrett) my legs ache, shooting pains down my legs into my feet, I can't eat a decent sized meal, my protein shakes are giving me horrible indigestion. Did I mention how slow I waddle :laugh

I know how lucky I am at 29 weeks to still be out of bed doing things daily so I am gonna focus on that but did anyone else notice a quick down hill slope around 29 weeks?

I'm almost 28 weeks and feel the same as you.....my hips hurt all the time my back hurts all the time and I just have no energy what so ever....I just cry sometimes cause there's so much I want to do and just can't seem to do it.....simple stuff but I just can't make my body do what my mind wants.

Yes to the 29 weeks downhill thing for me too! There seems to be a new physical/emotional challenge each week. . .

things changed for me around that time too!! but just remember - I know you are so uncomfortable but it is all for one goal - sweet babies!!! and let me tell you they are SO worth every pain, all the pressure and every single sleepless night! Now that my girls are almost 17 months old, I actually miss my big belly and my slow waddle!

I went downhill fast at about 27 weeks, but most of my problems stemmed from my work enviroment. I had a horrible desk chair, now they gave me an orthopedic chair for people with back problems--- it has worked wonders for me! Also, we have a health center and my boss has instructed me to go lay down for 20 minutes twice a day. I work for State Farm, so being such a large company, we have some great benefits! Now I am 30 weeks and feel like a new person- instead of always being in pain, I am just uncomfortable (which I can handle) :)
