today i am 28 weeks 2 days. i am on a bedrest with twins for the last 3 weeks, since my cervix started dilating (1cm). last night i woke up to use potty and saw light blood on tp when wiped, none on undies. called the doctor and on call dr told me to take it easy and if it gets heavier come to labor and delivery. so far bleeding got lighter and is now pink spotting on tp. but i am uncertain as to what is happening. any experience?

i thought of bloody show, as blood was mixed in with some mucus, but not a whole lot of mucus. and i supposedly lost my plug 3 weeks ago...

i am not contracting right now (laying still eliminates contractions) and not in bad pain. i do feel a little pressure in abdomen, like bloating and a slight back ache but nothing too bad.

oh, and my boy is laying really low, when he kicks my bladder is definately feeling tender ...

GO TO THE HOSPITAL. There, did you hear me?? I hope everything is ok for you sweetie. Try not to move too much and get yourself to L&D.

I agree! It is better to be too careful than not careful enough! Let us know how it goes.

That was my thought as well. You need to get it checked out. Especially with the pressure and back pain. I would just feel more comfortable if you got looked at. Take care of yourself.

Yep it never ever hurts to go get checked, the pressure and back pain could be back labor!!

thank you, ladies. i called in again to talk to my usual peri and he said the same - if it does not stop by noon, come in...but luckily for us it stopped and today i am feeling pretty well and so are the babies. i have home doppler and they are not in distress.

unfortunately, my neighbor, who is also a twin mommy was not so lucky...they got pg again and she was about 2 months and started bleeding after we all had dinner, her baby is gone :-(
