Yesterday I went in for my 28 week appointment.

I have been put on light bed rest due to my gallbladder issue. The Dr. wanted me to remove it two weeks ago... I told her the risk factors are too high for the babies and it was not critical at the time being... I can deal with the pain. She said good and I was one **** of a trooper haha. I also avoid getting sliced completely open and having a nasty *** scar. Pain sucks but what ever you have to endure for the little ones. Besides that I am anemic (but the GD came back negative). So basically I feel like complete and utter ***... completely worthless.

They checked me out and my measurements went from 30 to 33 in 2 weeks. Everyone in the office were like how many weeks are you again... you are huge... and the dr. said you are definitely growing. I have only gained 19 lbs but it is all babies. Bed rest continued, can't go out of town after my shower anymore :( and she wants me to stop driving pretty soon and I have to go in weekly now. Due to the craziness with the gallbladder scare she didn't schedule an u/s but the dr. got us fitted into the schedule yay. My mom was there so it was awesome for her. Baby A (boy) is 2 lbs 7 oz hb 140 and Baby B (girl) is 2 lbs. 14 oz. hb 142. My little man is falling behind. Besides that he is breech and she is head down... they switched directions since last time. The both have hair... he has a mullet haha. My cervix length is 3.6 in. and they are keeping an eye out for ptl (because of bh contractions) and the little guy. She said everything looks good but the count down is about to begin. I am freakin' out about delivery ahhhh.

any way that was the 28 week appointment

Congrats that you are 28 weeks! Sorry about all the pain with the Gallbladder...that is an awful thing to have to deal with. Sounds like babies are growing well, though, so that is great!

Sorry you are having a hard time. You are getting very close to the end. Then you can hopefully have some relief.
