24wk Peri appt

Well I'm home from my appt and I learned a few things.
My boys have big feet, big hands and big..............well it was confirmed that thier boys.
Thier both closing in on 2 lbs each and measuring alittle ahead. And they are both in the head-down position.
My cervix is very stable, the bedrest is doing me good and they are letting me get up a bit more and even suggested that I see if I can go wade and lightly swim in a pool! I had magnesium and iron supplements added to my vitamin regamin and I'm doing great for calcium. I did find out however that the bad stretchmark I have right over my belly button that protrudes a bit is actually a hernia. Ow. Doesn't look like it will be a problem though. I go back in 2 weeks for another ultrasound on my cervix.

Sorry about the hernia but sound like things are going well. I bet a light swim will feel fantastic!

 

Good job growing those babies. My friend got a hernia with her twin pregnancy and had it fixed with a tummy tuck after her babies where born.

Buttercup, I'm actually scared of any sort of abdominal surgery. The fact that both boys, especially baby a, is head down makes me so happy because it lessens my risk for a C-section.
