    yeah!! Congratulations to you.

My only advice is to take it as easy as you can. Drink plenty of water, eat plenty of proteins and try to get your milk.

Word of warning: At this point, you probably won't realize you are over-doing things until it's too late and you're paying for it. I went bowling (nothing serious just 2 games and I don't get all into it - walk up, drop ball) around 26wks and I spent the next TWO days laid up with the sorest crotch muscles. I seriously couldn't stand to walk or move much. I felt fine while I was doing it.

Also, many hit "the wall" around 28-30wks. So, try to have as much as possible done before then.

    Congrats again!

i agree with the pp. when i reached that point, my feet began to swell and it was miserable. i didnt push myself to do anything that i didnt want to do or felt that i couldnt do. Take it easy, put your feet up and relax, this may be the last time that youc an do it for awhile. I delivered at 36 weeks. at 30 weeks i started begging my dr to take them out somehow...even though that's really not what i wanted, i was so uncomfortable. Relax and remember in the end its all worth it keeping them in as long as you can. Good luck and congrats!

    Congratulations!

Like the others have said, drink water, eat healthy, listen to your docs advice and if anything doesn't seem quite right call your doc for guidance!

Congrats on making it this far. I don't think there is much you can do that you arent already have done to make it this far. Just eat healthy and try to get some rest.

Congrats on the 24 week mark! [IMG] I agree with PP about resting when you can and drinking lots of water. Also try to avoid stress when/if you can.

Congrats on 24 weeks!!! My adivice is listen to your body!! When you don't feel like you should be on your feet get of them. Rest when you need rest and just don't push it we don't have to be wonder women. Do what they doc tells you and call them anytime you have even the smallest concern, that's what they are there for.
