20 wk appt and u/s

Everything looked good on u/s. Two beautiful and kicking like crazy babies! Okey (twin A) weighs in at about 13 ounces and Dokey (twin B) weighs in at 12 ounces. They said this was right on. They are measuring as they should for gestational dates. Their heart rates were closer this time, Okey at 150 and Dokey at 143. They were 158 and 140 last time. My cervix is still holding out at 5.0 cm which is only down .2 from last time.

Hmmm....what else. Oh. I only gained a pound in the past two weeks and BP was great.

Just glad all is well....they are healthy and active. And all seems ok with me too. Go back for doc appt. in two weeks but no u/s since cervix is holding out so well. Next u/s for growth at 24 weeks. Bummer not to get to see them for four weeks, I know I know why am I complaining?, but glad that cervix is holding out.

 

Congratulations on the good appt! Love the names... ours were tweedle dee and Treedle dum then Mo and Curly (Gregory was Larry)... LOL CONGRATS! :banana:

Glad to hear the great report. I was usually a little down about having 4 weeks between u/s but then I heard my peri recommending one week and two weeks for other moms and realized it just meant how great I was doing. Your time will come when they get more frequent due to your gestation but for now just be glad everything is going soo well! Keep up the great work Momma!

I just had my 20 week u/s too. I think it's so cute that you call them Okey and Dokey. We've been trying to come up with something ourselves (since we're not quite ready to call them by the names we've picked out...plus we're not telling anyone else what names we've picked) but all I keep coming up with is Apple and Banana (you know...for Baby 'A' and Baby 'B').
