Here's my mini update (further details below for those who want to read more [IMG]):

Yesterday's U/S...20 wks 3 days. Both girls weighed close to 14 oz (I think about 13.6). Fluid looks good, bladders, movement, heart rates, etc. normal.

    And the further details:

The sonographer looked at their cords a bit and they both have normal 3 vessel cords. My cervix length via abdominal u/s was 5.5 cm. Last time it was over 6, but I'm not sure how accurate it is to do it abdominally. At the last few ultrasounds their heart rates have been in the upper 150s or even lower 160s. Is it normal to slow down a little bit at this point? They were around 145.

At the beginning of the u/s both girls were head down. She started doing measurements on one baby and then was looking at something else. When she went to get measurements on the other baby, one of them had flipped to breech. She got confused about who was who and had to start over on the measurements!

The peri mentioned that I may end up being put on procardia for contractions, but we'll keep a close eye on my cervix and see what happens.

The tech at my OB's office always does face shots too! If I go to the hospital they do profiles, which in my opinion are cuter LOL. The full on face just looks so skeletal. Don't get me wrong I love to see them either way, but I'm envious of all those perfect profiles!

I don't think US via abdominal scan of the cervix is reliable at all. My cervix would mesure differently with abdominal vs. vaginal. I had vaginal scans every 2 weeks because of Incompetent Cervix.

Congratulations on those great weights! Somebody told me that the h/bs slow down when one is sleeping, don't know if that helps.
