2 year Molars

My DS is getting his 2 yo molars and he has been telling us for the past week or so that he is sick, and/or that he hurts. He had a fever a couple of days before one of them broke through - so far he has three of the four (and the third one just broke through last week). He isn't eating much, but will still drink milk, water or juice. If he doesn't want to eat, then he will drink milk. He is always tired (at least it seems that way). And some days, he doesn't want to leave the house. Is this typical? What were your kids experiences in getting these teeth?

 

If those are his symptoms with it... then maybe that is why my guys have been so sluggish for the past 3 days... they both have a slight case of diarreah, and low grade temps... which is always what they had with teething before...

 

My son pulled on his ears leading me to take him to the doc and have him checked for an ear infection! He was acting sick!! Really not himself!! It's hard! It won't last forever, I guess that's the ONLY consolation. Maybe give him some popsicles or something to ease the pain.....:hug99:

I didn't think of popsicles. I have some in the fridge. I'll give that a try tomorrow. Thanks!
