Thank you! I can't believe they are so big already and already 1! It seems like just yesterday I spent 2 days in L&D while their mom was waiting for the doctors to keep her or send her home before she delivered them. At the last minute she finally dilated to 4 cm and we got to stay and she got to be admitted! She delivered them 6 hours later.

They have been so much fun. They are developing their own little personalities. Mekhi has had a rough first year with being admitted twice in 2 weeks for 5 and 3 days for RSV and was diagnosed with asthma. He had and still has to go to physical therapy for his torticolis and plagio and is being fitted for a helmet. He had to have a CT scan for possible early closing of his soft spot. Just Wednesday the poor baby had 103 fever and we thought "here we go again". His 2 older brothers spent the week before their birthday hospitalized for bronchiolitis. Makayla went through physical therapy for her plagio but was discharged from there by 10 months old. They are both pulling up and moving all over the place. They never sit still for too long. Makayla can stand unassisted until she realizes she is unassisted! Mekhi loves to army crawl even though he knows how to really crawl.

I am going over there today for an informal birthday celebration! I'm going to bring over a cake and we will sing to them. Their real birthday party is next week. Their aunt is coming up from Maryland on Friday and wants us to wait until she is there to have the party. We are still trying to find baby Mickey and baby Minnie for the party but so far it isn't at any of the party stores. If not then the birthday is going to be Dora and Diego! We'll have to see what we can find to see what the party is going to be! I'll post pictures later of them after I get the pictures developed.
