1yr appt tomorrow

I know they are going to do shots, but what else should we expect? What will she ask? What should I ask? Bottles, walking, dairy intake, not sleeping, these are all topics of concern for me. :help:

They will get shots, and the usual questions that were asked at other appts. weight/height, chest, head measurements. If they are walking they may ask to see them walk. We got the go ahead to start milk at one year and he told us how much to give each day and other foods they could be eating at this point and what to still avoid. It was recommended to try and get off bottles, although we were only on 2 at that time (morning and bedtime). The usual milestone questions for motor, language etc.

I think that was it. Definitely ask any questions you have concerns about.

They also had us complete a developmental questionaire for gross motor skills, fine motor skills, language, etc. Good luck at your appt!

We had our one year Tuesday. They asked if they speak any words, on bottles/sippy or both, walking/cruising, self feeding/being fed, bowel movements. Then the typical measurements and shots.
