1st Birthday open house? any suggestions for me?

HI! I'm hopping over from the 1st year board as my girls will be 1 on the 24th of this month. Since you all have already BTDT I thought you could maybe help me out.

We are planning to do a 1st birthday open house. We have a smaller home and couldn't fit a lot of people here all at the same time and it's not in out budget this year to rent someplace.
So, we decided on a birthday open house and hope it works out.

The problem I'm having is the invites. I'm doing them myself and need to get them done this week so I can mail them this weekend.
I'm having trouble with the wording. We plan to "open the house" from 1-4, and I want to show somehow that at 4 is when the girls will get their own cakes in case someone especially wants to see that.
We're also planning to have chili & cowboy soup along with some small sandwiches for our guests to enjoy.

Any suggestions on this or anything else I have left out.

I was going to use this saying as the heading:

20 Fingers & 20 Toes-es, Sparkling Eyes & Cake On Noses
Mattie Lyn & Mollie Faye are 1!

Any other suggestions for me? How do I word about the food and cake? Thanks for your help! I can't believe we're turning ONE and will be moving to this board so soon!

....or if you want it to rhyme:

Just to be sure, cake comes at 4!

or

and there's more! the cake comes at 4!

My advice is make sure they get a good breakfast, lunch and nap. Have a glass of wine and get out the camera. I had a great time at my guys 1st birthday.

 

Yes! The nap is KEY!!!

I would put at the bottom somewhere (Chili and Cowboy Soup and Sandwiches will be served, Cake at 4)
