19 Weeks Peri Appt

I saw my peri for full anatomy u/s yesterday. Both babies are fine. I am having a boy and a girl- thank God.
The babies weigh 10 onces each. What amazed me about yesterday'sappt is that on the pictures we recieved, the boys eyes were open and it was as if he was looking straight at you; I never knew that babies opened their eyes while in the womb.

My next appt is in four weeks. Thanks for listening!

Glad you had a great appt. and joined the boy/girl club! That is awesome! I think with the eyes, they do open their eyelids after 27 weeks. Right now it probably is that their eyelids are very transparent, so it seems like their eyes are open. Before 27 weeks their eyelids are fused shut.
