I only do milk at meals and they can have water (ice water in our house) at all other times! Basically at 15 mos. I think I fed them 3 meals and 1 snack (some days 2) . They tend to eat their meals better if they don't have too much snacking.

I don't have a lot of unique ideas, but that might be because mine don't eat that well.

I put corn and black beans together and give them that sometimes
    Sweet potato french fries
    Eggs with cheese
"fried rice" = left over chinese rice with egg, peas and ham stirred and cooked all together.

I think there are a bunch of threads like this that you can do a search on for more really good ideas!

Well mine will pretty much eat anything, so we give them basically whatever we are eating.

This is their schedule right now:

    7:30-wake up
    7:45-breakfast with milk sippy
Oatmeal always, they still love this, along with one of the following: pancake, toast, waffle, french toast
They've also had bits of donuts, poptarts from big sister on occasion.
    9:30-11:30-nap
    11:30-lunch with milk sippy
Always yogurt with possibly: grilled cheese, fish sticks, chicken patty, mac and cheese, peas, corn, chicken nuggets, pizza, or leftovers from dinner the night before

After lunch I do give them a sippy of 1/2 juice 1/2 water

    1:30-3:10-nap
    3:45-snack with juice sippy
crackers, cookies, cheese, banana, really this can be anything
5:30-dinner with milk sippy-they just eat what we are eating
7:30-6 oz. bottle of milk and bed

We just give them anything. They are pretty good at eating anything. Last night we had hotdogs, french fries and baked beans and they gobbled it all up.

As you can see I give mine a milk sippy with meals and a juice sippy for snack and inbetween meals.

    Here's our schedule:

7:00 wake-up, breakfast right away, usually waffles or toast and fruit, 3-4 oz milk sippy

    9:30-10:30 nap

10:30 small snack, usually water/juice and crackers

12:00 lunch - might be macaroni & cheese, pasta, lunch meat, grilled cheese, pb & j with a vegetable and fruit and 3-4 oz milk sippy

    1:30-3:00 nap

3:00 snack, usually water/juice with some kind of protein like cheese

5:30 dinner - whatever we're eating as long as it isn't spicy!

    7:00 bedtime

    Ours is:

    6:30-7:00 wake up
7:30 breakfast-3-4oz milk sippy (w/ carnation instant mix because they're on the thin side), mini-pancakes, waffles,
toast, ceral bar or cheerios with a fruit
    9:30-11:30 nap
12:00 lunch-3-4 oz milk sippy, PB sandwich, macaroni, pizza rolls, pasta, sometimes they'll eat fish sticks with a
veggie, maybe a Gerber cookie or something for desert
2:30 snack-yogurt, sometimes crackers and 1-2 oz of milk sippy
    3:00-4:30 nap
5:00 supper - pretty much same as lunch...I have a really picky one and she won't even try a lot of what we eat
    7-7:30 bed
