13.5 months and still no teeth...anyone else?

Juliet has 6 teeth but Olivia has NONE! I'm gettin worried!

 

My youngest 2 didn't geth their first teeth until 12 months. Ellie got 4 by 14 months, and until last week, when I found 3 in one day, she'd been sitting on those 4 teeth for 4 months. The three that I found are so random, no pattern: top left, bottom right, and a bottom molar. The other 2 girls had a pattern/symetry in how their teeth came in!

It's not hopeless....teeth will come...but so hard when the other child's teeth come in...my oldest had a mouthful of teeth at a year!! Waiting for the babies' teeth was so hard! I did a "tooth" check daily for months!!

 

Hannah got her first tooth right before 14 months. BUT...she and Ben were cutting the last of their molars at the same time. So I suppose it all evens out in the end.

 

My friends baby didn't get any teeth till about 15 months or so. And then they all started coming in at the same time.

 

One of my girls had all teeth by one, as did her older brother, but Liana, my other twin daughter has taken longer. SHe didn't get her first tooth until 11 months old. She has six top and four bottom now. We took her to the dentist earlier this year (they are 20 months old about) and the dentist said it can be normal for some kids to take longer. Some may be two years old and still not have all teeth. Guess she is one of them. Torture though now that they are all coming in slowly.

 

Right here too! Both my girls bot two front bottom teeth at 10 months old (8 months adjusted). We are now 14 months and haven't had anything since. I also do the daily tooth search! I'm starting to get worried also. It is on my list to ask about at the 15 month check up.

Don't worry!
My girls obviously have teeth now (their nearly 3!), but they didn't have a single tooth between them at 13.5 months. They started getting teeth around 15 months. (I was still breastfeeding them then so I was in no hurry for teeth!). They got the front 4 right away, but then they were slow again on all the others. They've only just gotten their two year molars.
You have no reason to panic yet.

 

Emma cut her first tooth around 11.5 months and Alex was 13 months possibly 14. DOn't worry yet!

my son got his first two teeth at about 6 months old. My daughter (his twin) got her first tooth at 12 months, and just got her second at 14 months.
DS now has 6 and DD just the two, so you are not alone!

 

Brooke got her first tooth at 16 months and Natalie got hers at 18 months. So no need to worry!!!
