12 month schedule

I need some help with my girls eating I have them on 75% milk/25% formula bottles right now (transitioning to milk fully). I just need some advice on if I'm doing this right- what I'm feeding them, when I'm feeding them (am I feeding them too much), etc.

Our day looks like this:
7:30am Bottle
9:00am Breakfast (waffle, peaches, baby food- any of these)
Between 10/11am (right before nap) Either more solid food or a bottle
Right when they wake up from nap- Either bottle or lunch- chicken nuggets, toast, pasta, sandwich.
330/4pm peaches, graham crackers, snack type food
5/530pm Dinner- whatever we eat. Sometimes they get a bottle before bed and sometimes they don't, depends on how much and how late they eat dinner.

We transitioned to cow's milk pretty quickly after the boys turned 1, and also moved to sippies at the same time. Other than that, your schedule looks a lot like ours at that age! We were on 2 naps a day, so we did breakfast, then snack before nap, lunch after nap, another snack after the second nap, then dinner. We only gave (and still give) milk at meals and snacks, and warmed milk sippies before bed. Otherwise we offer water or diluted juice between meals for thirst.

It sounds like your girls are eating a good variety of solid foods, and I think it's great that they eat dinner with you! :good:

 

I think your schedule looks great!! :good: My twins were on two naps at that age but my youngest is on one nap a day and he's just turned one. He has a very similar schedule, except I did bottles cold turkey and he has a sippy with milk.

 

I also think your schedules looks good. Mine were on two naps a day at 12 months and we still had not transitioned from bottles to the sippies, but our schedule was similar to yours.
