Can I run my schedule by any moms with 11 month olds, coming on one year?

7:00 wake and 6 oz bottle of milk
    8:30 breakfast
    10:00 nap
    11:30ish lunch
    2:00ish nap
    3:00 snack
    5:00 dinner
    7:00-7:30 bed

I am having trouble getting them to drink enough milk from sippies so I still give the a.m. bottle. Anyone else do this? Otherwise they drink milk or mainly water from their sippies all day. Also they still get a morning nap, I think they seem to need it, plus the second afternoon, when do I know when to drop a nap? Will they just fight it and not sleep?
    Thank you!

My boys are fairly similar in routine except that they usually wont nap in the morning any more :(
They just lay in their cribs and play instead of napping but then they sleep for 4-5 hours in the afternoon. Mine wont drink from a sippy cup at all so we have been using real cups with the nose part cut out that we got from SLP and they still get two bottles a day.

I think your schedule looks great.

As for the nap, mine dropped it at 14 months. They would just not sleep in the morning anymore. They would play in their cribs and talk for 2 hours and then fall asleep, killing the rest of the day. So, we dropped the first nap and started napping them at like 11 or 11:30 and then gradually moved that time back to 1pm.

I also think your schedule looks really good.
Mine went to one nap at 15-16 months. They started boycotting the AM nap and we moved the afternoon nap up to 1 PM. It sounds like they are doing really well with the sippy cup, mine did not completely drop bottles until they were 16 months old.

That looks like what we did (but we were still on all bottles and formula). My boys didn't drop the 2nd nap until 16 months, but around a year they started fighting the afternoon nap. I kept trying and after about 2 weeks they went back to always napping 2xs a day.

Looks good. Everyone will be different I think based on your needs. This is what Mine looks like

7-8 wake up. Sippy with formula, and finger food breakfast.

11 Lunch (was baby food but working of more finger food at this time now too)

    11:30 nap (1 nap a day)

    2:30 wake-up, snack

    5 Dinner

    6:30 is night time bottle

    7-7:30 bed time

Im also trying to have them on 3 solid meals by 12 months and at 12 months transition them out of the formula and night time bottle all together. That's why my schedule is the way it is.

Ours is also quite similar. Mine love drinking anything from their sippies but because they each take a different kind of formula and premixing isn't really an option or that much more convenient, I'm just going to drop bottles cold turkey on their first birthday (ok, maybe the day after) when we start whole milk.

    6am - wake up, 8 oz. bottle
    7:45 - breakfast, water
    8:30 - nap
    11 or 11:30 lunch, water
    2:00 - 5 or 6 oz. bottle
4:30 - dinner (smallest meal of the day), water
    6:30 - 8 oz. bottle, bed

Your schedule looks almost exactly like ours! We kept the morning bottle until they were 13 months old just to make sure they were getting enough milk and now give them a sippy of milk when they first wake up and they drain it. The other sippies throughout the day are hit or miss, but they are getting enough for sure. Mine are just starting to fight the morning nap at 15 months old and we will probably let them go to one at the first of the year. Occasionally, if we have something we need to do on weekends we already let them skip it and start their afternoon nap a bit earlier. Just for reference here is our schedule that hasn't really changed much since they were 1:
7:00 - Wake and sippy of milk
    8:15 - Breakfast
    9:00 - 10:30 - Nap
10:30 - Sippy of milk, sometimes snack in a snack trap
    12:00 - Lunch
    1:00 - 3:00 - Nap
3:30 - sippy of milk and snack trap
    5:30 - sippy
    6:00 - dinner
    6:45 - bath
    7:30 - bed
