My babies have been taking a long nap at 10am and I am confused on when I should be feeding them lunch? What do you guys do? Thanks so much!

My boys have basically had this schedule since around your babies age, they are early risers so they nap early..

    5:45-6am Wake
6:30am I get them out of their cribs
    7am Breakfast
    9am Small Snack
    10:30 Nap
    12:15-12:30 Wake
    12:30 Lunch
    2pm Small Snack
    4:30 Dinner
    5pm Bath
    6:30-7pm Bedtime

My girls usually go down for their first nap between 9:30 and 10am and will sleep anywhere from 1 hour to 2 hours.

They usually nurse at 12-12:30 and then we have lunch at 1pm (ish) and then they go down for a second nap at 2:30-3ish.

We're an 'ish' kind of a house :)

I was giving them a snack (a yogurt each) before their nap and lunch when they woke. I may have done this for a 2 months and then their nap got pushed back enough for them to have lunch first and then a snack when they woke.

The boys did that as well. I would give them a light snack before nap and then when they would wake up, I'd give them their lunch.

That was the one nap they decided to quit, and when that time came, I changed the snack and waited a bit for lunch, around 11 and that's when their afternoon nap would start. Eventually, I was able to stretch that lunch to noon, and give a snack around 9:30.

When my girls were on a 10am nap, we would eat lunch around 1-1:30, then dinner by 5 or so.
