When we started on one nap, at first they could only make it to 10:30 (wake up at 7:00). At that time, we did a snack around 9:00, nap 10:30-12:30, and lunch when they woke up. I gradually moved nap back, and now we do snack at 9:30, lunch 11:15, and nap at 12:30-2:30. HTH!

    All times are approximate.

    7:30 up, breakfast
    10:00 snack
    11:30/12ish lunch
    1-3 nap
    snack after nap
    5:00 dinner
    7:00 bedtime

The munchkins just slowly moved their naptime later and later. We do a small snack of milk and crackers before bedtime too.

We're working on moving the nap later, but for now:

    7 or 7:30 wakeup, breakfast
9:30 or 10 tiny snack or a little milk (just if they get fussy)
    11 lunch
    11:30 - 1:30 or 2 nap
    2:30 snack
    5:30 dinner
    7 bedtime

I find it funny, but my girls can either take a nap in the morrning before lunch or in the afternoon after Tellatubbys (spelling?). Our lunch is at 11:30, then if we are home put on Barney 12 and Telatubby's 12:30. I leave it up to them as I ask "nap time" if they seem tired or crancky in the morrning, when they are they go upstairs then, if not put them down at 1pm and for now they seem fine with that. Also helps if I need to go to Dr's or have something else scheduled.
