1 hr glucose failed!

I looked at my lab results this morning... I failed by 2 points!!! I hope they dont make me re-do the 3 hour test.. I didnt even eat breakfast before i went for this test. I thought i was going to pass out.. I guess i will find out in a couple of days if i have to re-take the test... This makes me sad...

I have failed ALL of my 1hr tests. and have always had to do the 3 hr tests..ugh...hopefully they wont make you since it was 2 pts but I wouldnt doubt if they made you do the 3 hr...I dont think i have to do the GTT since I had GD last pg im alreadying having to check blood sugars and all that fun stuff..lol

 

I failed my 1 hour test <_< and had to do the three hour test. It wasnt fun but we survived. Good Luck!

 

I also failed the 1-hour glucose screen when I was pg but passed the 3-hour test. The 3-hour wasn't fun but it wasn't as bad as I thought. Hope you pass the 3-hour (if you need to take it). I also fasted before the 1-hour test and failed. Maybe that's what caused it? Good luck!

I failed my 1 hour test with my daughter. I passed the 3 hour test though... I still had a 10lb 4oz baby though!!! It is possible that the reason it was off was because you didn't eat... I think (althoug I am not sure) if you don't eat, your sugar levels are really low then you drink that gross sugar stuff and it causes your levels to go too high... Good luck! The 3 hour test was not fun, but it wasn't that bad either...
