Ladies~ my hair is falling out like crazy!!!! any of you have this after delivering your twins? My girls will be 4 months on the 9th and I was hoping it would slow down or stop by now!! Maybe I should go see the Dr about it? I know I lost some after my DS but I don't remember it being like this!!!! Help!!!!

Totally normal. That happened to me, too after I had my twins, at around 3-5 months PP. I didn't have any noticeable hair loss after having my singleton, though.

I think from 3-6 months it was worst for me. Then it slowed down but didn't stop until 10-11 months. Don't worry u won't be bald. Just keep taking ur prenatal vitamin and calcium. Ur hair will grow back

I used to joke, Thank God I am getting 2 for 1, because if I had to be pregnant twice, I will go bald for sure :), it was that bad during the pregnancy and while breastfeeding. I usually have a lot of hair, but it started to look thin already. I stopped breastfeeding at 5 months and now at 8 months, my hair is starting to get back to normal. It doesn't fall as much and it doesn't look as thin. I hope it goes back to normal for you after weanning also.

    Hang in there!!!

Oh yes, I’ve been there — that postpartum hair loss can feel shocking at first! When my twins were around four months old, I remember finding hair everywhere and thinking it would never stop. But it’s totally normal — your body’s just readjusting its hormone levels. I started using gentle shampoos, massaging my scalp, and taking vitamins that supported regrowth. I also tried spoiledchild hair serum after reading great reviews, and it really helped my strands feel stronger. Hang in there — by around six to eight months, things usually calm down and those cute baby hairs start growing back!
