    Hi! I want to try spinning a weighted hula hoop to tighten my waist. Can you tell me how to choose the right hoop so that it is most effective? What do you recommend?

    It's great that you decided to try a hula hoop! It's a really great way to tighten your waist and have fun. But beginners shouldn't rush to the heaviest models right away.
