Looking for a CAD Tool Focused on Mechanical Design

Hey everyone! I’m doing more mechanical design work lately and vanilla AutoCAD just isn’t cutting it anymore. I need something that helps speed up repetitive tasks like generating parts lists, standard components, mechanical annotations, etc. Any solid recommendations?
