    I went through something similar and honestly, patience matters a lot. I bought proprety through 3SA Estate a while ago. Now the roads are done, power's there, and the place looks nothing like it did back then. It took time, but it’s turned out well. Just make sure you properly check documents and zoning before jumping in.
