Some people are not proud of what they are doing in order to make money especially when it's not what's worthy of being made a public knowledge. It's like how all those who watches porn will never come out openly to admit they are doing it, that's exactly the same thing with being a gambler.

My partner doesn’t know every detail, but I do try to keep it balanced. I mostly play on https://rizzy.com/ because I can set limits and track my spending pretty easily. It helps me not go overboard, and I don’t feel the need to hide it. Having that kind of control makes a big difference, especially with kids and everything else going on.
