May Activity Thread

    be prepared to sweat. I could not believe how sweaty i was after that last night. I was glad i had my hair up in a fake bun. The back of my neck was dripping.


    Last night I did week 4 day 2 of hasfit followed by 30 minutes on the bike

    Yup. I was sweating and cursing out Coach Kozak. Especially with the plank walks :faint:
    Today, is has fit week 4 day 3 and zumba class.

    Last night did week 4 day 3.

    Trying to plan out my workouts for the weekend. I know I'm taking Sunday off (going to dorney park-anyone want to meet us there i think their are still extra tickets at the group rate). Trying to decide if going to skip Saturday as well and work out Monday evening after we get home. Going to a family friends BBQ for Memorial day. Or workout Saturday morning and skip Monday. Week 4 has 2 days off.

    Today is day 5 of week 3 of the Insanity workout. It's not getting easier. Sweating? yeah, this one makes you sweat like crazy. But I love it.
    Before the boys I ate very, very healthy, but I find it difficult to do the same now...must be an age thing-:) however I am determined to start after Memorial Day. No cheating.

    If you work out in the morning (Monday) you will burn more calories throughout the day, so it may be a good idea since there will be the family bbq in the afternoon.

    Today I am going to do the has fit 20 minute warrior level 3 (which would be week 4 day 5) and either the bike or elliptical at the gym
    Tomorrow will be zumba class and has fit week 4 day 6.
    Monday will be the Saturday day off from has fit (week 4 day 4)...I am not sure I can get a workout in on Monday since the hubs has to work and I know my Mom will be visiting and I don't know what time she is coming up.

    Taking today and tommorow off.

    After inlaw visits and two rounds of sickness, I am back at it this week. On Friday I did an hour on the bike, and tonight I am starting my 5 k running class. My goal is to be comfortably running 10 k by the end of the year!

    just did week 4 day 6 of hasfit. Took saturday (could not get out of bed early enough to workout) and sunday off.

    Today is has fit week 5 day 1 and 30 minute you tube workout, I have not decided which one yet.

    last night I just did the hasfit week 5 day 1 cardio kickboxing. My biceps were on fire after it.

    I'm at week 4 day 3 of the Insanity today. It is not getting any easier, however, I think I am shrinking-:) I lost 2lbs and my pants are loose now a bit. And I am constantly hungry!

    Today is has fit week 5 day 2. I'd like to go to the gym for body works class tonight but I have a nasty cold and I'm coughing like nobody's business. I sound worse then I feel, but I feel like if I do go to the gym, I might infect other people or freak them out with my coughing. So I might just do work out on you tube again today.

    Last night I did hasfit week 5 day 2. We had slight internet issues so about 4 minutes into the inferno, i had to take a 30 minute break to call FIOS. Kind of hard to do a workout you tube video when it stops streaming. Started it over when FIOS reset our modem from their end. I am sore from it.

    I did body measurements this morning, have to see how it compares to last month.

    I did Hasfit yesterday but today feel like going outside so I'm going to do an interval walk/run.

    Today is has fit week 5 day 3 (strength training) and I will go to zumba class tonight. I have to do my measurements this weekend and see how I did over the month.
