I Scream...You Scream...

    I've been meaning to do my annual ice cream post!!

    When my chicks were younger, it used to drive me nuts how they would SCREAM for bites of ice cream quicker than I could give it to each of them. :wacko:

    So I had a brilliant idea to ask for 2 empty cones (the plain or "cake" cone, the wafer style ones) each time I ordered something for myself. That way, the girls could munch on those in between bites. :lol:

    We were a much happier family after that! :yahoo: The girls in my buddy club coined it the "Chelley Cone" :laughing: and I try to remember to share this awesome idea with you ladies each spring.

    I loved this piece of advice from you! When my girls were 2ish I used your trick and would even put a little ice cream in their cones so they could feel like big kids. :cool:

    I saw this one in action. I wish Michelle had her twins before me so I could've used it. Now I have to buy them their own. :)

    I'll def have to try this when I am brave enough to go for ice cream with the 3 of them on my own.
