When did you start to show?

I am expecting number 5. I had a 13 week m/c in 1994, then a baby in April 95, July 98 and twins 01. When did you start to show with each pregnancy? TIA! :babyflips:

 

With the twins, probably around 12-14 weeks, with my singleton, probably not till 20 weeks or so.

 

With my first son, singleton, I was prob close to 20 weeks. I had a loss in early 09 at 10 weeks, but started showing with that pregnancy REALLY early, like week 7. THe twins I started to show by week 10.

 

i was in maternity pants by week 9 with my twins & week 11 with this pregnancy.

 

I am going out and buying new shirts this weekend that are more flowey because my post-lunch belly is causing me to get looks. I showed at 20+ weeks with the older one and moved into maternity pants at 18 weeks with the twins. I am hoping to make it to 15 weeks with this one.

 

DH and I could see my tummy around 10 weeks, but no one else would admit to seeing it until 16 weeks. I think they were trying to be nice because who wants to tell a pregnant lady she is starting to look big too early.

I know my friends have said they showed earlier with each pregnancy after the 1st, but we only had the one pregnancy so I can't offer any input there.

 

This time I started showing around 10 weeks or so, but I'm really skinny to start with.

 

With my twins my pants were getting tight at 8 weeks, I started to show at around 9 weeks. with my first pregnancy, I began to show at around 12 weeks. I too am small to start with.

 

With my first and second, singletons, it was about 20 wks. With the boys, it was 8wks, I remember because I kept thinking it was soon that my clothes didn't fit (I was small too). Found out it was twins that week. With my last I showed early as well because it was twins, but after losing one, I leveled off a bit. That was weird.

 

I started to show very early with this little guy. I was wearing maternity pants at 8 weeks.

 

I wll be 8 weeks Sunday. I thought I was nuts for thinking my pants were getting tight. Thanks so much for the responses!

 

With my first it wasn't until at least 20 weeks
With my second it was about 16 weeks or so
With M&M I def had a belly at 8 weeks, but it was quads so I expected that.
I have had 10 miscarriages but they were 10 weeks and earlier so I don't think that affected mine.
They say your uterus remembers so its not suprising you are already seeing it!

 

with P and P about 11 weeks my belly was getting bigger, by 14 weeks I was showing. Chloe had me popping out right away. When I went for my first check up (9wks) I was measuring 15 wks.(but the twins were only 10 months old).

Oh my goodness!! I know the feeling!! That is exactly how I was this time. I still catch myself feeling uneasy and I am 30 weeks! I wish a mother could peek in on their baby everyday!!

 

My first, it wasn't until I was about 16 weeks.
Twins 9 weeks, I had a pooch, and by 12 weeks I had a full on belly.
3rd I didnt show until 16 weeks again.
Possible twins this pregnancy and Im showing low and fast at 10 weeks.

 

omg i am so in the minority here.

with my twins i had to get maternity pants at EIGHT WEEKS! nothing fit!
i am now just shy of 6 weeks and i swear im bloated and not as flat as i was. i got back down to my pre-pregnancy size of 2, as well.

 

It seemed like it took forever for me to show with the girls!! then out of know where it looked like I swallowed a watermelon around 16 weeks. I am only 7 weeks now and I swear my belly is already starting to show

 

17 weeks w/ twins, and I was skinny, too. I'm 30 weeks now and still wear the same pants I wore pre pregnancy but HUGE shirts. I'm measuring 3 weeks ahead!

 

I didn't start showing with my singleton til about 20 weeks. With the twins, I noticed a pooch by 8 weeks and others noticed by 12. I'm only 4-5 weeks this time, and already have a major pooch. My pants (I was a size 2) were falling off me two weeks ago and I can barely squeeze into them now after gaining so much so early. I bet I'm definitely in maternity pants by 8 weeks.

 

I'm small and didn't show with my first one (singleton) until 24 weeks. With the twins, I was already buying looser clothing by 12 weeks. At my 13 week check-up, my OB said my uterus is measuring like it is 18 weeks!
