I'm currently 20w3d, and I'm just not sure what I'm feeling. Sometimes I just feel kinda sick, like a baby is kicking my intestines, or like I have a tummy ache, but I have yet to have that moment where I'm SURE I feel a baby. What should I be feeling?! Is there anything I can do/eat to help push these babies to kick me? And am I waiting to feel KICKS or just movement?
Long times between ultrasounds and I like to make sure the babies are still there =)

Try not to stress over it too much, I am sure they are fine. They are having days when they move more, and days when they move less. And also it depends on the placement of the placentas. In my case I felt my twin B - my son - move more, since he was facing my stomach so I felt his moves more, but with my daughter, her back was turned towards my stomach and also her placenta was linked to my uterus towards my stomach (I think they call it posterior placenta, but I may be wrong) so I rarely felt her, which worried me at times, but everything was fine. Also, 20 weeks is still early to feel them all the time. I think I started to feel them move a lot after 30 weeks. Before that, some days I was able to feel them, some days - not so much. Also towards the end of the pregnancy, they kind of run out of room to move so much, so in my case at least, I wasn't feeling them move as much - in the last 2 weeks or so, that's normal also. I think as long as your OB says everything is fine, don't worry and enjoy your pregnancy. Trust me, it goes very fast (at least it seems like that now looking back).

Good luck and I hope you have an easy pregnancy.

The first week or two that I felt them it was only when I was very still and quiet and I would just feel a random little "bump!" or "tap!" from the inside. I wasn't sure at first, but then a couple of weeks later when the movement got stronger and more often than I knew for sure it was them! I would often in those early weeks of movement eat a bowl of ice cream at night and then just sit in my bed, hands pressed into my belly waiting for a little bump or tap. If you aren't sure yet, you will be soon!

I always thought the first few movements felt like gas bubbles. YOu'll get to a point where you'll feel like there is a boxing match going on inside soon enough.

When I first felt my kids move it sort of made me sick. It just felt weird and really hard to describe, not an actual movement per se, but I think pp best described it when she said it felt like bubbles.

I agree with it feels like gas bubbles initially. the movement is very inconsistent early on too so when you are thinking about it, its less likely that they'll actually be moving so you can feel it. I would guess within the next few weeks you'll be feeling them regularly.

For me it was like someone tickling me with a feather from inside. But like 1 swipe here, 1 there. Very inconsistent for a long while. :)

This is what it felt like for me early on (17-18weeks, but admittedly, some of it may have been gas lol). I didn't actually start really feeling them till about 23-24weeks, and then very consistently around 25-26weeks. These are my 1st so that may have been some of it too!

I definitely will feel gassy, then my husband will put his hands on my tummy and he swears he feels them moving. So now I associate gas pains with the babies being awake and moving, but I guess I want a definitive KICK to the uterus!

I feel like that Friends episode where Rachel can't see the baby on the ultrasound and she doesn't want to admit it =( I can't feel what he feels!!!!

What is crazy about kicks is that they are actually more like full body rolls. You will get there- but I know what you mean about feeling them being like a Hello, I'm still here! kind of thing.

As to Friends, mine were conceived spontaneously due to birth control failure so I always think of Ross and condoms are only 97% effective. ;)
